For the second year running the WINconnect family participated in and joined in the Australian Corporate Triathlon held in Melbourne last weekend. In an organisation of close to 100 employees across the country it is an outstanding achievement to have one third of our workforce participating in both the Melbourne event and upcoming Sydney event.
Healthy lifestyle and fitness has become an integral part of WINconnect’s culture where everyone benefits. Through events and activities such as the Australian Corporate Triathlon and our commitment in supporting our employees participating in the upcoming L’Étape Australia by le Tour de France, a unique road cycle event held in NSW’s Snowy Mountains we aim to assist and motivate our employees to achieve their health and fitness goals. We believe that the healthy lifestyle benefits gained through encouraging employees to ride to work, walk at lunchtimes and train together for events also assist in developing and supporting a strong and positive workplace culture.
